 Xinfengming
Group Co., Ltd Founded in 1996 and located at Tongxiang
Zhouquan Industrial Zone, 150 km south Shanghai and 50 km
north Hangzhou, Xinfengming Group Co., Ltd is a modern and
large-scale chemical fiber manufacturer focusing mainly on
polyester spinning yarns business. The company, formerly named
Tongxiang Chemical Fiber Factory, was re-organized as Xinfengming
Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd in 1996. Xinfengming Group was established
in 2008, consisting of five entity companies and one import
&export company. Currently, the Group covers an area of
308 square km with total assets 1.71 billion Yuan and 3000
employees. Total incomes achieved in 2007 reached 3.986 billion
with profit and tax totaling 146 million Yuan.
After 10 years efforts, yearly capacity of the company extended
to 500kt in 2008 and annual revenues reached 5 billion Yuan,
and meanwhile, several famed brands such as ¡°Fengming¡±, ¡°Zhongchi¡±
and ¡°Xinfengming¡± etc were successfully built for its POY
FDY and DTY varieties as well as PET chip. Supported by its
Chemical Fiber Research Center, at the same time, the Group
actively developed high added-value products to meet customers¡¯
needs.
Xinfengming introduced cutting-edged automation spinning units
in an effort to supply high quality products to its customers.
Partial technology in polymerization parts in two of its melt-spun
lines came from Contech Development which adopted Dupont¡¯s
technique. The post-process spinning machines of the two units
took from Japan TMT and Germany Barmag-Spinnzwirn. Mainframe
of its 100kt/yr chip-spun line was supplied by Japan Toray
and Beijing Chonglee.
The Group past ISO9002 system in 1992 and ISO9001 in 2002.
In 2007, it was successfully certificated by ISO4001 Environment
Management System. At the mean time, the company actively
adopted 6S system to clean production environment and ERP
system to standardize production management.
During years of operation, Xinfengming won trusts and recognitions
from customers and suppliers by its outstanding figure. It
was awarded as National Credit Company, National High-tech
Enterprise and China Agricultural Bank AAA Credited Company
etc..
